Book recommendations for business leaders: 7/21/16

Jul 21, 2016 | Reading Lists

Stephen King says that if you want to be a writer, there are two things you must do: read a lot and write a lot. This is about the “read a lot” part. I include reading lists that will help you do business more effectively and write better for business.

In this post I point you to reading lists by Bob Morris, George Barbee, and the Predictable Success Team.

From Bob Morris: Four great books to read this summer

“Family members, friends, and business associates frequently ask me to suggest some ‘great books’ to read during the summer. I cannot think of four better than these, all of them written by Erik Larson:”

From Theodore Kinni: George Barbee’s Required Reading

“George Barbee brings a perspective to the subject of innovation that is both expert and unusually diverse. His 45-year career includes stints with large companies, entrepreneurial ventures, consulting firms, and educational institutions.”

From Predictable Success: Summer Reads Suggested By Our Team

“Since there are so many great titles to choose from, we thought we’d share some of our favorites – both for business and for fun. Take a look at the suggestions below, and let us know which ones make it on to your list of ‘must-reads!'”
