Advice from the Masters: Michael Lewis

Apr 5, 2017 | Better Writing

I read his books as they come out because I know he’s going to tell a story that keeps me turning the pages and teach me something at the same time. His most recent book is The Undoing Project. I reviewed it on my Three Star Leadership blog. I’ve shared his advice here previously, too. Here’s the bit I’ve chosen for this week.

“I don’t believe the muse visits you. I believe that you visit the muse. If you wait for that “perfect moment” you’re not going to be very productive.”
