Creativity: How do you capture your ideas?

If you’re like most human beings, you get ideas all the time. If you’re like most human beings, you probably don’t capture the ideas you get.

Great writing, business success, and progress of all kinds start with ideas. But if you want your ideas to start something, you have to capture them first.

Develop the capture habit. Write your ideas down. Record your ideas. Use any method that works, but develop the habit of capturing ideas as soon as you get them. People may think you’re a bit strange, but don’t worry, capturing ideas is the first step toward turning them into progress.

Capture all your ideas. You won’t know in advance which ideas are the good ones, so capture them all and sort them out later.
